Gladiator Programme Manager
Ruari Henderson-Begg is an experienced RAF officer who spent 18 years operating the Tornado GR1/4 as a Navigator before becoming the Programme Manager for Gladiator (AKA the Defence Operational Training Capability (Air) in April 2018. He led the programme from Main Gate Approval to its Initial Operational Capability in January 2023 and into the first platform integrations. He is currently in the process of transferring to a Reservist role as the Chief Modelling and Simulation Officer for the RAF.
